Jenna Knudtson

Jenna Knudtson received her Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Nebraska - Lincoln in 2022. She is now pursuing a PhD in Electrical Engineering at the University of Michigan under Professor Johanna Mathieu. She interned at Sandia National Laboratories in systems engineering, Lincoln Electric System in substation design, and the National Renewable Energy Laboratory through a Science Undergraduate Laboratory Internship. Jenna is passionate about grid resilience and renewable energy, and her research interests include optimization and analysis of renewable energy integration for the grid. During her free time, she also enjoys drumming, disc golf, and ultimate frisbee.
